Town & Country Gardens have completed the full re-design of our garden and are now doing the monthly maintenance to keep it looking great and make sure the plants are growing well and healthily. T&CG have been very good at taking instructions and making sure things are done to our request, communication has been fluid and the result is great! we are very happy with their services and expertise.

I cannot recommend Town and Country Gardens, based in Chiswick, highly enough. My garden had become really overgrown as I haven’t been well for a while and simply hadn’t been able to keep on top of it. They have done an absolutely fantastic job. They were incredibly thorough and meticulous, arrived exactly when they said they would, and were professional from start to finish. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they left everything beautifully clean and tidy afterwards. The difference they’ve made to my garden is amazing. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish — thank you so much!

Fabulous! Knowledgable, good communication, prompt and helpful. We have absolutely no experience with gardens and we found Andrew very helpful and calming. On the day the guys were really efficient and we couldn’t be happier with the result, and can’t wait to see it all grow 😍

I’ve had a very bad experience with town and country gardens. They have made several errors with the work on our garden, and when they made an appointment to visit and address this, they didn’t show up. I would avoid if at all possible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were thoroughly impressed with the service from Town and Country Garden. Catalin and Ausrine recently carried out their first visit and were exceptional in every way. They were calm, respectful, and showed real understanding when working around someone living with dementia. Their kind and thoughtful manner stood out immediately, creating a sense of trust and ease from the start. They quickly established a great rapport, and their attention to detail in the garden was outstanding. The space has been completely revitalised—it now feels welcoming, well cared for, and full of life. It’s clear they take real pride in their work. We’re extremely pleased with the results. A genuinely positive experience, and we hope they’ll continue as our regular gardeners. Highly recommended.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I booked Town & County Gardeners in advance after discussing the job with Jay. After being two hours late, I had to reach out myself, only to be told he couldn't make it and would come by the next day instead. He never showed up, never texted, and didn't bother to call.

A tidy up was needed for my "jungle" garden. The service provided from booking an appointment to works completion was faultless. The team were punctual and worked diligently to transform the jungle. Excellent service and reasonably priced too. I wholly recommend Town and Country Gardens.
